This is a solid foundation for Vietnam and Azerbaijan to continue to strengthen and consolidate existing bilateral cooperation mechanisms, while paving the way to promote the formation of new mechanisms, thereby bringing the bilateral relationship to new heights on both bilateral and multilateral levels.
