Women aged 18-33, single mothers can compete in Miss Vietnam Culture

Candidates crowned Miss Culture Vietnam must be knowledgeable about culture and have the responsibility to honor and promote Vietnamese culture to international friends.

This was confirmed by People's Artist Vuong Duy Bien, former Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism , advisor of the Miss Culture Vietnam contest, at a press conference on the afternoon of August 20 in Hanoi.

Miss Multicultural Vietnam is a national beauty pageant to honor the beauty, intelligence and cultural identity of Vietnamese women. This is where contestants not only show off their bodies, talents and bravery, but also spread the precious traditional values of the nation to the community at home and abroad. The contest is also the official selection round to find a representative of Vietnam to participate in Miss Multicultural World - an international beauty pageant that gathers contestants from many countries and territories, where candidates compete not only in beauty but also in knowledge, talent and cultural understanding.

The Organizing Committee and the Jury spoke to the press about the competition.

Regarding this contest, People's Artist Vuong Duy Bien and many members of the Jury such as People's Artist Tran Nhuong and People's Artist Nguyen Hai all said that in the context of international integration, preserving and promoting Vietnamese cultural identity has become extremely urgent. Miss Culture Vietnam was born to seek out female models who are both modern, brave and intelligent, and who understand and respect traditional values. This is not only a beauty contest but also a place to honor the beauty of Vietnamese culture from costumes, language, cuisine to rituals and customs; creating a bridge between the young generation and heritage, arousing national pride; and at the same time inspiring a beautiful, standard and patriotic lifestyle.

The organizers hope that the first Miss Multicultural Vietnam will become a memorable milestone in the journey of spreading Vietnamese cultural values, arousing the spirit of pride and responsibility to preserve national identity among Vietnamese people, especially young people.

Head of the Organizing Committee - Miss Phan Kim Oanh said: Miss Multicultural Vietnam does not only stop at honoring physical beauty, but also opens a journey to spread national cultural values. The contest is a gathering place for modern Vietnamese girls - brave, intelligent, and proud of national identity. Through the rounds, precious traditional values will be aroused, preserved and widely promoted to the community, especially the young generation and international friends.

Miss Culture Vietnam is for Vietnamese female citizens, aged 18-33, 1m63 or taller, never married and accepts single mothers, high school graduates or higher. The contest takes place in Hanoi from November 18-23. The preliminary round selects 40 contestants for the semi-finals, the results will be announced on the fanpage within 7 days after the end of the preliminary round. The semi-finals take place on November 22, selecting 30 contestants for the finals. The final and award ceremony will take place on November 23 at Ho Guom Theater.

The contestant who wins the title of Miss Culture Vietnam 2025 will represent Vietnam at Miss Multicultural World 2025 in June 2026. In addition, the Organizing Committee will award the titles of First Runner-up, Second Runner-up and some secondary prizes.
