Phu Tho announces decisions on organizational structure and personnel work

On July 3, Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision on the organization and personnel work of the provincial political system.

Comrade Dang Xuan Phong, Secretary of Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee, presented the decision to establish the Party Committee of Phu Tho Provincial Party agencies.

The conference announced the decision to establish the Party Committee of Phu Tho Provincial Party agencies directly under the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee on the basis of merging the three provincial Party agencies of Phu Tho, Vinh Phuc and Hoa Binh; to establish the Party Committee of Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee directly under the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee on the basis of merging the three provincial Party Committees of Phu Tho, Vinh Phuc and Hoa Binh.

Establishing the Phu Tho Provincial Police Party Committee under the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee on the basis of merging the three Provincial Police Party Committees of Phu Tho, Vinh Phuc and Hoa Binh ; establishing the Phu Tho Provincial Military Party Committee on the basis of merging the Military Party Committees of the three provinces of Phu Tho, Vinh Phuc and Hoa Binh.

Establish the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee on the basis of merging the Organizing Committees of the three provinces of Phu Tho, Vinh Phuc and Hoa Binh. Assign and appoint comrade Bui Dinh Thi, member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee, as Head of the Committee and 5 comrades as Deputy Heads of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee.

Establish the Inspection Committee of Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee on the basis of merging the Inspection Committees of Phu Tho, Vinh Phuc and Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committees. Assign and appoint comrade Nguyen Hai, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, to hold the position of Chairman of the Inspection Committee and 5 comrades as Vice Chairmen of the Inspection Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

Establish the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee on the basis of merging the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committees of Phu Tho, Vinh Phuc and Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committees. Assign and appoint comrade Luong Duc Minh, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee as Head of the Committee and 6 comrades as Deputy Heads of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

Establish the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee on the basis of merging the Phu Tho, Vinh Phuc and Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committees' Internal Affairs Committees. Assign and appoint comrade Quach The Ngoc, member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee, as Head of the Committee and 5 comrades as Deputy Heads of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee.

Comrade Nguyen Phi Long, Standing Deputy Secretary of Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee, presented the decision on organizational structure and personnel work.

Establish the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee Office on the basis of merging the Provincial Party Committee Offices of Phu Tho, Vinh Phuc and Hoa Binh provinces. Assign and appoint comrade Vo Ngoc Kien, Standing Member of the Provincial Party Committee as Chief of Office and 5 comrades as Deputy Chiefs of Office of the Provincial Party Committee.

Establishing Phu Tho Provincial Newspaper, Radio and Television on the basis of merging Phu Tho, Vinh Phuc and Hoa Binh Provincial Newspapers, Radio and Television. Assigning and appointing comrade Vi Manh Hung, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee as Editor-in-Chief and 16 comrades as Deputy Editors-in-Chief.

Establishing Phu Tho Provincial Political School on the basis of merging three Political Schools of three provinces Phu Tho, Vinh Phuc and Hoa Binh. Assigning and appointing comrade Bui Thi Kim Tuyen as Principal and 4 Vice Principals.

Also at the Conference, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also awarded decisions to 15 comrades who are Directors and 124 comrades who are Deputy Directors of departments and branches.

Accordingly, comrade Tran Viet Cuong, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, will be the Director of the Department of Home Affairs; comrade Duong Hoang Huong, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, will be the Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; comrade Nguyen Tien Sinh, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, will be the Chief Inspector of the province; comrade Nguyen Van Thang, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, will be the Director of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions.

Comrade Nguyen Van Huyen holds the position of Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee; Comrade Vuong Thi Bay holds the position of Director of the Department of Finance; Comrade Nguyen Huy Nhuan holds the position of Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment; Comrade Le Hong Trung holds the position of Director of the Department of Health; Comrade Nguyen Minh Tuong holds the position of Director of the Department of Science and Technology.

Chairman of Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee Tran Duy Dong presented the assignment and appointment decisions to Directors of departments and branches.

Comrade Nguyen Xuan Quang is the Director of the Department of Construction; Comrade Tran Quang Tuan is the Director of the Department of Industry and Trade; Comrade Nguyen Dac Thuy is the Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs; Comrade Hoang Long Bien is the Head of the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Phu Tho province.

In his congratulatory speech and assignment of tasks to the newly appointed comrades, Secretary of Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee Dang Xuan Phong requested that the comrades receiving the tasks quickly stabilize the situation, adapt to new conditions, new space, new position, new environment and new activities.
