Phu Tho: Party Congresses of some communes and wards strive to have no more poor households

On the morning of July 29, the Congress of Tien Lu Commune Party Committee was solemnly held with the participation of 198 outstanding delegates representing more than 2,200 party members from 58 branches and affiliated party committees. Comrade Tran Duy Dong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Tho province attended and directed the Congress.

Tien Lu Commune was merged from 4 communes: Tien Lu, Xuan Loi, Van Quan, Dong Ich (formerly belonging to Lap Thach district, Vinh Phuc province). In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Commune Party Congress clearly identified 5 key tasks and 3 breakthroughs. Comrade Nguyen Manh Tuong was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Commune Party Committee.

In his directive, comrade Tran Duy Dong requested Tien Lu commune to quickly stabilize the organizational structure, arrange and deploy staff to ensure the promotion of strengths, capacity, and qualifications, pay attention to training and fostering young, dynamic, creative staff who dare to think, dare to do, dare to take responsibility, have innovative thinking and effectively implement digital transformation.

Tien Lu commune needs to review the planning as a basis for attracting investment in developing industrial parks and industrial clusters, focusing on site clearance, attracting investment in Lap Thach 1 industrial park, Lap Thach 2 industrial park and Xuan Loi industrial cluster, considering this an important breakthrough for socio -economic development in the coming term.

* In the afternoon of the same day, the Vinh Yen Ward Party Congress held a preparatory session. Vinh Yen Ward was established on the basis of merging 4 units: Tich Son, Hoi Hop, Dong Tam and Thanh Tru; total area of 25 km2, population of over 56,000 people. The ward Party Committee has 83 Party cells, Party committees and a total of 3,335 Party members.

With the goal of striving to build Vinh Yen ward into a central urban area for trade and services in Phu Tho province, the Party Congress of the ward has approved key targets by 2030 such as: State budget revenue reaching over 650 billion VND; number of enterprises reaching over 1,400 enterprises; rate of online administrative procedure records processing reaching over 98%; no more poor households according to multidimensional standards...

Comrade Ngo Chi Tue, Provincial Party Committee member, was appointed to hold the position of Ward Party Committee Secretary for the 2025-2030 term.

* On the afternoon of July 29, the Lien Chau Commune Party Congress was held after merging 3 communes: Lien Chau, Dai Tu, Hong Chau (formerly belonging to Yen Lac district, Vinh Phuc province), with an area of 26km2 and a population of nearly 35,000 people; 1,513 party members.
