The interdisciplinary inspection team includes: Vice Chairman of the Ward People's Committee, representatives of the Department of Culture - Society; Department of Economy , Infrastructure and Urban Areas; Ward Police; Medical Station; officers of Market Management Team No. 5.
At the launch, the delegation inspected the legal procedures according to regulations; scope of operations compared to licensing regulations; facilities (signs, arrangement of professional areas), practice equipment; posted drug prices, prices of medical examination and treatment services; implementation of professional regulations, reporting regime, system of books to monitor and record medical waste treatment, prescription regulations and implementation of electronic prescriptions... at the facility.
In addition, the Delegation also focused on checking the quality of drugs, origin, expiry date, packaging, labels, applying information technology to connect drug supply facilities to control prescriptions and sale of prescription drugs, regulations on drug management at facilities according to regulations of the Ministry of Health ; implementing electronic prescription connection...
During the inspection process, the delegation will promptly detect and handle violations according to regulations and monitor the correction of violations after handling, absolutely not allowing the situation of establishments violating the law to practice in the ward.
The ward's organization of inspections will contribute to strengthening state management in the fields of private medical and pharmaceutical practice, optical services, vaccination services, aesthetic services, beauty spas, production and trading establishments of cosmetics and medical equipment. Thereby, ensuring strict implementation of legal regulations on private medical practice, gradually bringing the activities of the private medical system into the framework prescribed by law, especially during the period of perfecting the two-level government apparatus; at the same time, there will be timely incentives for establishments to comply well; handling according to regulations for establishments that violate regulations, ensuring safety and improving the service quality of the private medical system in protecting and caring for people's health in the ward.
