Attending the twinning ceremony were Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee Nguyen Huu Tuyen; representatives of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bong Son ward and Chu Prong commune.
This is an activity to implement Plan No. 43/KH-UBND dated August 22, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee on implementing Directive No. 03-CT/TU dated August 7, 2025 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on strengthening twinning activities between localities, units with villages and hamlets of ethnic minority areas in the province.
At the twinning ceremony, leaders of Bong Son ward and Chu Prong commune informed about the local socio -economic development situation in recent times and key tasks in the coming time.
In the spirit of mutual assistance and development, representatives of Bong Son ward and Chu Prong commune leaders signed a twinning program with the following contents: support, share and exchange experiences in Party building, government, Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations; improve the quality of Party cell activities, develop new Party members; inspection, supervision and Party discipline work.
Along with that, the two localities shared experiences in applying science and technology to production, building OCOP products, developing agricultural product brands; mobilizing resources and businesses to support economic development and create livelihoods for people; consulting and guiding the construction of economic models, while promoting and attracting effective investment, suitable to the conditions, potential and advantages of each locality.
The two localities will also actively support each other in cultural and social development, ensuring national defense and security, while strengthening solidarity and cohesion among cadres, party members and people.
On this occasion, Bong Son ward donated 20 million VND to students in difficult circumstances in Chu Prong commune.
