1. Dedicated, close and always understanding the people, that is the comment of the people of Dung Ro village (Kon Gang commune) about Mr. Yol, Head of the Village Front Work Committee. From mobilizing to build roads, build "Great Unity" houses to propagating to prevent and combat child marriage..., all public works bear his mark.

These days, Mr. Yol is often present to supervise the construction of 2 “Great Unity” houses for Mr. Myon and Mr. Bam’s households. Both are poor households, supported by the enterprise with 50 million VND/household. Mr. Yol mobilizes people to contribute working days to build the houses.
Having been the village chief for 6 years, Mr. Yol understands the circumstances of 136 households, so his propaganda and mobilization always receive consensus. He is proud of the spirit of solidarity in the community: "When someone is in trouble, the whole village joins hands to help as a matter of course."
In 2025, Dung Ro villagers contributed many working days to help remove 7 temporary and dilapidated houses. During the period 2023 - 2025, people voluntarily donated land, contributed more than 100 million VND and hundreds of working days to build nearly 2 km of rural roads. "The new road has opened, making it more convenient for children to travel and study, people are very excited!" - Mr. Yol said.
Mr. Yol and the Village Front Committee have persistently promoted awareness raising among the people about many aspects of life. Thanks to this, the rate of child marriage has decreased significantly; from the beginning of 2025 until now, there has been no case. The spiritual and cultural life of the villagers has increasingly improved. The village gong team maintains regular practice and actively participates in festivals, contributing to preserving traditional cultural identity.
Mr. Le Ba But, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Kon Gang commune, commented: “Mr. Yol is always dedicated, responsible, and exemplary in his work. With his ingenuity and spirit of being close to the people, he has made an important contribution to strengthening the great solidarity bloc at the grassroots level.”
2. If in Dung Ro village there is Mr. Yol who is devoted to the people, then in Hup village (Ya Ma commune), Ms. Dinh Thi Byer is known as the person who "spreads the fire" of economic development. As the Head of the village's Front Work Committee, she is both exemplary in production and arouses the spirit of self-reliance in the community.

With 1 hectare of upland land given by her parents, Ms. Byer boldly switched from growing cassava and upland rice to growing bananas; at the same time, she borrowed capital from the Social Policy Bank to develop cattle breeding. “At first, I tried planting a few banana trees on sloping land. Unexpectedly, the trees suited the soil and grew well, so I expanded the area. In addition, I also invested in planting more sugarcane and hybrid acacia,” Ms. Byer said. Currently, her family has 1 hectare of bananas, 1.7 hectares of cassava, 3 hectares of acacia and raises 5 breeding cows. The economy is increasingly stable, she has built a spacious house.
As Head of the Front Work Committee, Ms. Byer actively encouraged people to convert ineffective crops, take advantage of abandoned land to grow hybrid acacia; connect households with land and laborers to develop together. She regularly visited each house to guide them on how to do business, and encouraged the spirit of helping each other to progress.
Thanks to Ms. Byer's dynamism, the appearance of Hup village has changed significantly. Currently, the villagers have more than 61 hectares of cassava, nearly 1,000 hectares of sugarcane, 6 hectares of corn and a herd of more than 180 cattle. The village has 28 households that have received nearly 700 million VND in preferential loans to expand production. The roads are concreted and clean; the model of "Light combined with security cameras" has been replicated, contributing to maintaining security and order in the area.
Mr. Dinh Van Len, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ya Ma commune, commented: “Ms. Byer is an exemplary Front cadre, daring to think and act, always taking the lead in changing crops, combining livestock farming to increase income. She also actively promotes environmental sanitation, guiding disadvantaged households in the form of “holding hands and showing them how to do things”. With her practical contributions, she has been commended many times by the commune and the province, and is a shining example in the emulation movement at the grassroots level.”
3. Thoroughly implementing the motto "People know, people discuss, people do, people check, people supervise, people enjoy", Ms. Tran Thi Nhu Hoa, Head of the Front Work Committee of Thong Nhat village (Ia Krel commune), has flexibly brought the Party and State's policies and guidelines into life, creating positive changes in the locality.

In the period of 2020 - 2025, Thong Nhat village mobilized people to donate land, contribute more than 140 working days to build roads, repair community houses and beautify the landscape in the direction of "bright - green - clean - beautiful". Ms. Hoa also encouraged people to develop the economy, build local product brands, contributing to improving income and quality of life.
The movements of “All people unite to build new rural areas, civilized urban areas”, “Cultural villages, cultural families” have been widely deployed, bringing about clear results. Currently, the village has 272 households, of which, 98.7% have achieved the title of “Cultural families”; 100% of households practice civilized lifestyles in weddings, funerals and festivals; many bad customs have been gradually eliminated, and people’s spiritual life has become increasingly rich.
Not stopping there, Ms. Hoa and the Village People's Committee mobilized to establish a "Self-management team for security and order" and deploy the "Security Camera" model, contributing to maintaining security and order and pushing back social evils in residential areas. "To do Front work, we must be close to the people, listen to them and make them believe. When people believe, everything will go smoothly!", Ms. Hoa confided.
According to Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ia Krel Commune, Ngo Duc Nga, with her dynamism and exemplary role, Ms. Hoa always completes her tasks well; she is a typical example in local emulation movements.
