The project "Upgrading and renovating the space of Binh Son beach park and the area at the end of April 16th Street" has a total investment of 18 billion VND, including many items such as: Parking lot; renovating the space of the coastal park, the sidewalk at the end of April 16th Street; renovating the road surface of the sea square area; upgrading and renovating the walking route; constructing architectural highlights along the coastal walking route; investing in an artistic water fountain system; arranging public utilities (high-pressure lighting, trash cans, seats, etc.) along the walking route.
Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Tran Ngoc Quang - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Hai Ward said: Binh Son Marine Park has long been a symbol and pride of the people.

However, over time, many items have deteriorated, not really meeting the increasing entertainment needs of the people and tourists. With the determination to build a modern and civilized public space, the ward has upgraded and renovated the park to gradually change the appearance of the seascape, creating entertainment spots for the people, young people and tourists when coming to Dong Hai, contributing to building the ward into a modern, smart, civilized, and unique coastal city and an attractive tourist destination in the future.
