Vice Chairman of Gia Lam Commune People's Committee Nguyen Ngoc Dung said that participating in the "Digital Literacy" courses are "open classes" that help people access, learn and master basic digital skills, practice submitting administrative procedures online, making cashless payments, as well as effectively exploiting digital platforms to serve life, production and business.

In addition, the Campaign "45 days and nights of launching to support digital transformation activities in communes and wards in the initial phase of operating the two-level local government model" is a peak period mobilizing the combined strength of the entire political system. In particular, the role of the Digital Transformation Team of the village community, residential group and the Technology and Professional Rescue Team actively supports the settlement of administrative procedures.

This is a specific and practical activity to effectively implement the direction of the central government, the city and Gia Lam commune on promoting comprehensive digital transformation, building e-government, digital government and digital society.

To achieve the best results for the campaign, the leaders of Gia Lam commune requested the Community Digital Transformation Team, the residential group and the Technology and Professional Response Team to proactively and promptly support people and resolve difficulties right at the grassroots level. Initially, they must "hold hands and provide direct guidance" to people.
