Go Cong Ward held a meeting with senior leaders and retired officials

(ABO) On the morning of July 18, the Party Committee of Go Cong Ward, Dong Thap Province organized a meeting with senior leaders, former leaders of the province, city, town, district and retired officials living in the area.

Attending the event were comrade Nguyen Huu Loi, Provincial Party Committee member, Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of Go Cong Ward People's Council; and comrades in the Party Committee Standing Committee.

The meeting was attended by about 100 delegates, including senior officials, retirees, and former leaders at the provincial, city, town, and district levels; along with representatives of unions and affiliated Party cells in the ward.

The meeting aimed to pay tribute to former leaders at all levels through the periods, recognizing their valuable contributions to the revolutionary cause of the Party and people.

At the meeting, the leaders of Go Cong ward briefly informed about the socio -economic development, national defense - security and Party building work in the locality after the administrative unit arrangement.

This is an opportunity for the Go Cong Ward Party Committee to show its care and respect for the previous generation of cadres. At the same time, it receives valuable opinions, contributing to the development of the locality.
