The police, military and militia forces of the ward were ordered to inspect and review areas at high risk of landslides and prolonged deep flooding that directly affect residents. In particular, the Heads of the Village and Ward Management Boards are responsible for reviewing dangerous areas, coordinating reports on plans to evacuate people to safe places when requested, and at the same time making a specific list to send to the Ward People's Committee.
For public works such as schools, offices, markets, and residential houses, the Ward People's Committee directs the immediate implementation of bracing and reinforcement work to ensure the safety of people and property. In addition, fully prepare rescue equipment, supplies, and logistics forces to promptly respond when natural disasters occur.
The Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of La Gi Ward emphasized: Proactively responding to storms and extreme weather events is not only the responsibility of the government but also requires the participation of the entire political system and each citizen.
