On September 18, the Lang Ward Party Committee held a conference to summarize the direction of the 1st Ward Party Congress, term 2025-2030, to disseminate the Resolution of the Congress and deploy the Action Program to implement the Resolution of the 1st Lang Ward Party Congress, term 2025-2030, creating an important premise to put the resolution into life right from the beginning.

Presenting a report at the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Lang Ward Party Committee Nguyen Thi Minh Hien said that in just over a month since its establishment (July 1, 2025), the two-level local government apparatus has had to undertake a large amount of work, with many new contents, difficult tasks, and some tasks without specific instructions and regulations. In that context, the Party Committee, the Party Committee Standing Committee, and all cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, workers and affiliated party organizations have promoted the spirit of solidarity, responsibility, strived to carry out tasks seriously, urgently, effectively, and ensured progress as required.

The first Congress of Lang Ward Party Committee took place on August 13 and 14, 2025. The preparation and organization of the Congress, conferences of affiliated party organizations and the organization of the first Congress of Lang Ward Party Committee, term 2025-2030, were all carried out carefully, in accordance with procedures and regulations. The preparation of documents and materials for the Congress was prepared urgently and scientifically, closely following the direction of the City Party Committee and Working Group No. 3 of the City Party Committee. The propaganda and agitation work to welcome the Congress had many highlights, contributing to creating an exciting and trusting atmosphere among cadres, party members and people. The decoration work, logistics services were solemn, economical and suitable to the local situation. In particular, the political security situation, social order and safety before, during and after the Congress were maintained, contributing to the overall success.

The direction of the organization of the Congress ensured the correct principles and procedures, completed all contents according to plan, ensured the spirit of democracy, solidarity, safety, and thrift, in accordance with the spirit of Directive 45-CT/TW of the Politburo and Plan No. 329-KH/TU of the City Party Committee. Most delegates attending the Congress promoted the sense of responsibility, focused their intelligence, contributed many ideas to build documents, and fully exercised their powers and responsibilities.

Speaking and disseminating the Resolution at the conference, Party Secretary and Chairman of Lang Ward People's Council Nguyen Hong Dan affirmed that the 1st Congress of the Ward Party Delegates was a great success, clearly demonstrating the spirit of solidarity and responsibility of the entire political system and the contingent of cadres and Party members. At the same time, he commended and acknowledged the efforts of the collective of cadres, civil servants, public employees, advisory agencies of the Ward Party Committee, departments, offices, agencies and units under the Ward People's Committee, the Fatherland Front, unions, sub-committees serving the Congress and affiliated Party organizations that have contributed significantly to the success of this important political event.

Chairman of Lang Ward People's Council Nguyen Hong Dan also thoroughly grasped the Resolution and Action Program to implement the Congress Resolution, which identified the objectives, 16 main targets, 2 breakthroughs and 7 key groups of solutions. Immediately after the Congress, the Ward Party Executive Committee urgently developed a specific Action Program, closely following the objectives and tasks set out in the Resolution. He emphasized that in the coming time, the dissemination and popularization of the Resolution needs to be implemented carefully, practically and effectively, in conjunction with the development of plans and action programs of grassroots party organizations, each agency and unit. The study and dissemination of the Resolution must be innovative in form, suitable for each target, ensuring that all cadres and party members grasp the basic content and widely propagate it among the people. From there, create high unity of thought and action in the entire Party Committee and People of the ward, determined to successfully implement the goals of the Congress Resolution, especially in the initial stage of operating the two-level government model.

At the conference, the Lang Ward Party Committee commended 64 collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in organizing the first Ward Party Congress, term 2025-2030. This is a recognition and also a motivation for the entire Party Committee to continue promoting the spirit of responsibility, solidarity and creativity in performing political tasks, bringing the Congress Resolution quickly into life.
