At the Public Administration Service Center, there were many people coming to do procedures. Even though after the merger, the area was large, the population was high, and the workload was large, the working process was still orderly and in accordance with regulations.
After half a month of operation, the Son Qui Ward Public Administration Service Center has received over 200 administrative procedure settlement records of organizations and individuals, transferred them to competent agencies and units for processing and returned results to organizations and individuals within the prescribed time.
Regarding facilities and human resources, the ward has been arranged with headquarters and basic working equipment to meet the requirements of the work in the initial stage. Despite many difficulties, the staff and civil servants here have quickly caught up and operated the apparatus stably. The work content has been carried out on schedule, closely following the instructions of the province and the Central Government.
According to Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Son Qui Ward, Gian Ba Huynh, in the coming time, the ward will continue to simplify administrative procedures, reduce barriers and increase transparency in handling administrative procedures for people and businesses. At the same time, increase meetings with people, businesses, and contact with PAPI to create satisfaction for people and businesses in implementing the two-level government apparatus.
