Speaking at the opening ceremony, Vice Chairman of Vinh Tuy Ward People's Committee Le Bich Hang said that the Ward Party Congress took place at a time when the entire Party, people and army were striving to compete and achieve achievements to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2.

This is a major political activity, continuing to promote the tradition of solidarity, innovation and creativity of all cadres, party members and people of Vinh Tuy ward for the goal of building a clean and strong Party organization, improving people's lives, towards the goal of sustainable development.

The Congress had 239 official delegates attending, taking place over two days, August 21 and 22 - the time when the country and the capital are promoting the achievements gained over 40 years of renovation, making strong changes to enter the "New Era - The Era of National Growth".

The Congress reviewed the implementation of the Congress Resolution for the 2020-2025 term based on the content of the Congress Resolution of the Party Committees before the merger; decided on the goals, targets, key tasks and main solutions to build and develop Vinh Tuy Ward in the period of 2025-2030. The Congress also discussed and contributed opinions to the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress and the 18th National Party Congress of Hanoi City . At the Congress, 23 comrades in the Ward Party Executive Committee introduced themselves to the Congress.

Vice Chairman of the Ward People's Committee Le Bich Hang emphasized that to welcome the Congress, the ward has launched and coordinated the implementation of emulation movements, organized a peak campaign to ensure traffic safety, urban order, public order, and environmental sanitation.

"The art program to celebrate the success of the Congress was organized with the participation of cadres and people of the ward, with the desire to express their firm belief in the leadership of the Party through proud melodies and songs that have gone through the years," said comrade Le Bich Hang.

At the program, delegates enjoyed famous songs about the Party and Uncle Ho such as: Spring for the Party, Songs from the city named after Him, Spring Train Track, Uncle Ho, a boundless love, Missing Uncle in May, The Party gave us a whole spring, The Party is my life...

Thereby demonstrating new spirit and determination, the Party Committee, government and people of the ward confidently enter the 2025-2030 term, striving to successfully implement the Congress Resolution, contributing to building a civilized, modern and sustainably developed Vinh Tuy ward.
