Through review, Yen Bai ward has 39,043 urban residential land plots, of which 31,609 plots have been updated with national land data; 7,434 plots have not been updated with land data.
To achieve the common goal of a "correct - sufficient - clean - viable - unified - shared" land database as directed by the province, the ward has established 5 working groups to implement a 90-day campaign to enrich and clean up the national land database.

For the 5 working groups, the ward assigned specific tasks to the members, in which the heads of the residential groups notified households and individuals who are managing and using residential land that have been granted Certificates of land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to land, to directly bring the land use rights certificates and citizen identification cards (original) to the Cultural Houses in the residential groups to have their land data digitized.
Direct the security and order team at the base to ensure security during the implementation of the campaign to enrich and clean up the land database at the implementation locations. For other members of the working group, collect, scan, take photos of documents, enter data and urge citizens to come and implement.
The goal is to complete before November 10, 2025. On October 14 alone, Yen Bai ward collected land data on over 500 Land Use Right Certificates.
Cleaning and synchronizing land data is the basis for localities to manage the current land use status, helping people easily access land information, and facilitating the implementation of administrative procedures on the National Public Service Portal and VneID application.
