Prudential organizes Customer Appreciation Day in Long An province

Realizing the goal of “Putting customers at the center”, in addition to continuously investing in infrastructure and improving digital capabilities, helping to bring a satisfying and convenient experience to insurance customers, Prudential organizes a series of activities “Prudential Festival” in many localities to get closer to and listen to customers more.

At the program, speaker Nguyen Thanh An, a training expert and author of many books on life insurance, shared with customers on the topic: "Understanding Insurance - Protecting Income - Mastering Life". With useful knowledge about Finance - Insurance, speaker Thanh An helps customers understand more correctly and clearly about life insurance, as well as the necessity of life insurance in each family's financial plan.

From the speaker's experience and easy-to-understand guidance, Prudential's customers have a better understanding of the allocation and management of personal assets, as well as the need to protect income sources and take control of their lives through the effective use of financial tools in general and life insurance in particular. From there, customers can proactively balance and build spending and savings plans to serve the needs and achieve future goals for themselves and their families.

At this event, customers also listened to the story of a customer's family who had just received insurance benefits from Prudential. That was the case of customer Nguyen Thi D. (56 years old), residing in Tan An City, Long An Province. Ms. D. joined insurance in 2011 to accumulate finances for the future and prepare for risks in life. Unfortunately, in June 2023, she suddenly passed away after a serious illness. Fulfilling its commitment to customers, Prudential paid Ms. D.'s family a total of nearly 9.7 billion VND.

On this occasion, Prudential also presented 30 gifts to disadvantaged households in some wards of Tan An City, Long An Province. Each family received a welfare package including rice and essential necessities. The total value of the gifts was 30 million VND. This is one of the meaningful activities of the project "Supporting rice - Sending love" that Prudential has carried out for many years across the country as an activity demonstrating the commitment and responsibility of the enterprise to the community.
