Pullman Hai Phong Grand Hotel is contributing to reshaping the culinary map of the port city with a chain of restaurants, bars and special events, becoming a bridge between traditional cuisine and global quintessence, through the perfect combination of local flavors with premium ingredients from around the world .

Located at the gateway to the Cam River, facing Cat Ba Island and the vast East Sea, Hai Phong is a paradise of fresh produce with fishing villages carrying heavy nets every morning and a rich suburban countryside filled with herbs and spices typical of Vietnam. From here, a vibrant street food culture has formed with unique dishes such as crab noodles, spicy baguettes, or crab spring rolls.
