Quach Thu Phuong said that when she worked at the Youth Theater for a while, she got married and had children. Because life was difficult, she went back to work early to take care of her family.
"I also have to thank director Do Thanh Hai very much. Because at that time I had just given birth to a baby 2 months ago, my health was not stable and I was not beautiful, but he still trusted me to play the role of Lan in the movie Cua De Dao.
At that time, I weighed 49kg, my body was still weak, and I could not stand still. There were days when I went to work from 5:30am until late at night, but because of the crew's schedule, I still worked until the end of the film," she recounted.
The actress added that she feels lucky that after 25 years, the audience still remembers Lan from the movie Cua De Danh. She also hopes to have new roles so that the audience can see her more mature and gentle in the future.

There was a time when she came home at 1am, the baby was thirsty for milk and the mother's milk was leaking all over her shirt. There was a time when the baby didn't even notice because she was away filming for 10 days before coming home. She was so haunted by that that when she had her second child, she quit her job to take care of her baby all the time.
"As someone who loves the job and has prepared myself mentally for a break in my career, I am still sad to see my colleagues still practicing and appearing on TV.
That's why there was a time when I was afraid to go online because I felt like everyone was moving forward while I was "staying still". From an artist who performed in many places and met many people, I suddenly had to stay home every day to take care of my children, and I fell into melancholy and depression," she said.
After that, thanks to the help of relatives and yoga, Quach Thu Phuong gradually balanced her life. When her children grew up, she returned to film and had new achievements.

"When I returned to making films, I found that I could keep up with the young actors without feeling "stuck". Films today are recorded in synchronous sound, so the requirements for acting, emotions and dialogue are higher than before, so actors have to be really focused and professional.
I think I already have a foundation in acting, so I can learn and adjust to changes in television technology," she confided.
At 46, Quach Thu Phuong is satisfied with her life. She says her positive energy comes from her love for life.
"I'm always in love. When I love, it always feels like new, like the first time. I'm not afraid of love. We just don't know how to love, but it's not our fault.
I also believe that a beautiful love will come to me because I am a positive person and know how to love myself and love everyone," the female artist expressed her opinion.
