More than 1 week to decorate 700 teddy bears
Located right on the main road leading to a residential area in Go Vap District (HCMC), the “Me” coffee shop has unexpectedly become a hot destination in recent days. Two opposite corner rooms are fully utilized to turn into a “teddy bear kingdom”, making the space outside and inside filled with cute colors.
According to Dan Tri reporters, from afar, passersby could see dozens of giant teddy bears "hanging" from the second floor, hanging on balconies or lying on cool green trellises.

The teddy bears come in many different sizes, placed scattered around, making the entire facade of the shop look like it's covered in a giant "army" of stuffed animals.
Talking to Dan Tri reporter, the cafe manager said that the cafe has a total of more than 700 stuffed animals of all kinds being used as decorations, from small bears to 2.5m tall ones.
"It took us a whole week to hang all these teddy bears. We hung them up and took them down, adjusting them back and forth until each bear was in the right position, looking natural and beautiful," said a representative of the shop.
Many netizens expressed concern that teddy bears hanging outside during the rainy season in Ho Chi Minh City would be easily damaged and smelly. Regarding this issue, the cafe manager said: "From the beginning, we have carefully considered how to preserve the bears.
The stuffed animals hanging outside are just the outer cotton shell. The inside is not ordinary cotton but a spongy, waterproof material, so rainwater cannot penetrate inside. When the sun comes out, the outer shell will dry by itself, without getting moldy or smelling anything."

The manager added that thanks to the unique decoration, the number of customers coming to the restaurant has increased significantly recently, welcoming an average of 1,000 customers per day, mainly students and families with young children.
Coming to the restaurant on the weekend, the reporter noted a large number of customers, but not crowded.
The interior space is designed with many photo angles, with the highlight being the classic wooden staircase. The walls, ceiling, along the stairs and even around the tables and chairs are covered with stuffed animals of all colors.
Under the warm yellow light, the space here creates a feeling of intimacy, with a fairy-tale feel.

The huge number of teddy bears makes many customers curious, even wanting to buy them. However, all the stuffed animals in the shop are for decorative purposes only, not for commercial purposes.
Because the shop operates 24/7, the maintenance and preservation of this “army” of teddy bears is also given attention. Security guards are on duty 24/7 to ensure the safety of the decorative space, especially during peak hours.
With the advantage of being open continuously, convenient location, and spacious space, this coffee shop has quickly become an ideal meeting place for many people.
Nhu Quynh (Cu Chi, student at Dai Viet College) stopped by the shop after class. "I learned about the shop through a video on social media. When I got there, it was cuter than I thought, with teddy bears hanging everywhere. The corner of the stairs in the house is the most beautiful, no matter how you take a photo, it looks beautiful," Quynh said.

She also said she ordered strawberry, orange and peach tea. "The drink was very tasty, not too sugary like many other shops. The price is also reasonable compared to the general market," the customer added.
Not only attracting young people, the restaurant is also a favorite choice of many families. Ms. Cam Huyen (Go Vap district) and her husband and two children come to the restaurant on weekends.
"My house is nearby. I saw the cute shop and invited my kids to come over to play and take pictures on the weekend. Although it was crowded, the shop had a lot of space to take pictures so there was no fear of crowding. My kids loved it and kept hugging their teddy bears," she said.

Regarding the menu, Ms. Huyen gave a positive review. She said: "My husband and I ordered lotus tea with taro pearls and coconut coffee. The lotus tea was lightly fragrant, the pearls were soft, and it was enjoyable to eat. The coconut coffee was also just right, not too bitter, not too sweet. The drink was quite suitable for a hot afternoon."
To fully experience the space and comfortably take photos, many regular customers recommend visiting early in the morning or on weekdays, when the restaurant is quiet and it is easy to choose a nice corner to sit without fear of being jostled.
