The Navy inspection delegation was led by Colonel Hoang Luong Ngoc, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Navy.
At the Brigade's headquarters, the delegation inspected the system of documents and books on combat readiness, training work, and materials in preparation for training in 2024; at the Brigade's combat ships, the delegation inspected combat deployment drills, checked the awareness of officers and soldiers, and inspected the units' preparations for the 2024 Lunar New Year.

Concluding the inspection, Colonel Hoang Luong Ngoc, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Navy, commended the results achieved by Brigade 171 in 2023, highly appreciated the Brigade's preparations for training, combat readiness, and preparations for the 2024 Lunar New Year.
The Deputy Chief of Staff of the Navy also pointed out a number of limitations and requested the Brigade to promptly overcome them as soon as possible, carefully prepare officers and soldiers to welcome the Lunar New Year of Giap Thin 2024 and do a good job of preparing for the new training season.
