Specifically, households were forced to have their land recovered to implement 02 projects, including: Investment project to build a new urban area in Duong Kinh district and Kien Thuy district; Investment project to build Hai Phong axis road, section from road 353 to Hai Phong intersection, in Hoa Nghia ward, Duong Kinh district. These are key projects, of great significance to the development of urban infrastructure and inter-regional traffic connection of the city.
Up to now, there are 6 households remaining in the New Urban Area Project and 1 household in the Hai Phong Axis Road Project that have not agreed to hand over land and move assets to serve the project implementation.
The land recovery location is located at the land plots in Cadastral Extract No. TĐ 617-2023 (scale 1/1000), approved by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment on November 27, 2023, and TĐ 304-2023-TL (scale 1/500), established by the Center for Technical - Data, Information on Natural Resources and Environment on October 5, 2023 in Hoa Nghia ward.
Before organizing the enforcement, the People's Committee of Duong Kinh District developed a specific plan, mobilizing forces and means to serve the enforcement work. The enforcement process took place in accordance with legal regulations, ensuring security and order and the legitimate rights of the parties involved.
Up to now, Duong Kinh district has completed the site clearance work to serve the Hai Phong axis road project, contributing significantly to promoting the progress of infrastructure projects, serving the socio -economic development goals in the area.
