Hong Bang District implements the Plan to participate in giving opinions on the orientation of the 1/2000 scale zoning plan for the district to 2040, with a vision to 2050.

(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the morning of January 8, the People's Committee of Hong Bang District held a Conference to deploy the Plan to participate in giving opinions on the orientation of the 1/2000 scale zoning plan of Hong Bang District to 2040, with a vision to 2050. Comrade Pham Van Doan, Chairman of the District People's Committee chaired the Conference.

According to the Plan, the District People's Committee will work and directly consult with the People's Committee, Police, Military Command of wards, relevant agencies and organizations on the current status of land use, current status of land funds, boundaries of public works according to the management field on the cadastral map, 1/2000 planning map to continue to complete the orientation of the Planning Project; propose and arrange new headquarters locations and public works (if any).

Previously, on October 2, 2023, the City People's Committee issued Decision No. 2967/QD-UBND approving the task of the 1/2000 scale zoning plan for Hong Bang district to 2040, with a vision to 2050.

Planning scope: The planning research area belongs to the current administrative boundary of Hong Bang district. Orientation to expand to 03 communes An Hung, An Hong, Dai Ban of An Duong district. The planning area of the above 03 communes is being studied by the People's Committee of An Duong district in the 1/2000 scale zoning plan of An Duong urban area according to the planning task approved by the City People's Committee in Decision No. 1300/QD-UBND dated May 16, 2023.

Planning boundary: North borders Cam River, Thuy Nguyen district; East borders Ngo Quyen district; South borders An Duong district and Le Chan district; West borders An Duong district (The exact boundary will be specifically determined during the planning project research process).

The research area in this Project includes the current area of 09 wards in Hong Bang district, about 1,442.52 hectares. The orientation is to expand to the area of 03 communes An Hung, An Hong, Dai Ban in An Duong district, with an area of about 2,542 hectares. The total area of Hong Bang district is expanded to about 3,985 hectares.
