Through inspection, the organization of command and operation, assignment of tasks in the command system showed strictness and science ; documents, plans for transition of status, and plans for protecting the congress were fully and clearly prepared. The actions of the troops were quick, with loud and clear voices; patrolling, guarding, and protecting targets were in accordance with regulations; the use of weapons and equipment, vigilance, and handling of situations were strictly ensured.

Speaking at the conclusion of the inspection, Major General Nguyen Duc Dung highly appreciated the proactive spirit and sense of responsibility of the officers and soldiers; from the commander to the soldiers, they demonstrated a sense of discipline and strictly followed orders; the actions of the officers and soldiers were clear and decisive, from the alarm order to the organization of the deployment of forces, everything took place scientifically, strictly, and according to procedures.

The Deputy Commander requested that units seriously learn from experience and promptly overcome the limitations and shortcomings that have been pointed out. Proactively prepare adequate human resources, weapons, and equipment according to regulations, and at the same time organize training to skillfully use all types of weapons in the establishment; promptly train and ensure smooth communication in all situations. Prepare adequate logistics to serve the troops for 3 days, including food, drinking water, fuel, medical supplies , and mobile vehicles, ready to respond promptly. Maintain strict discipline, strictly implement regulations on protection, patrolling, and vigilance; closely coordinate with local forces to effectively and flexibly handle situations.
