Along with that are many screenshots recording the above substandard responses. If the temperature in the pot is so high that even the cook can't stand it, how could it be hard?"
Or when an account named ML commented: "The aloe vera lemon tea at the shop has no lemon flavor, the oolong tea tastes like iced tea, the honey black tea tastes like sugar water", the shop responded: "ML, try the more expensive one to see if it makes a difference. Also, after drinking M. tea, try showing your teeth to see if they are yellow. Creating karma is karma that gathers around the lips".
“The first comment makes me see you as petty and selfish. The second comment makes me see you as ruthless and nosy. The third comment makes me see you only like to put others down and lift yourself up. Do you wear a magnifying glass to look? Instead of experiencing water, commenting on ice cream, do you have a mental problem?” , the shop responded to an account H. when asked about the water and ice cream at the shop.
The restaurant's response to customers caused outrage.

What did the restaurant say?
According to the reporter's investigation, the milk tea shop mentioned in the above incident is located at 830 Su Van Hanh Street. Talking to Thanh Nien , Mr. Thanh (the shop owner) said that he had just learned about the shop's recent scandal through the shop manager.
“I also sat down with the manager to find out what the situation was. According to the manager, the restaurant was suspected of being played dirty by some people who kept ordering food and drinks to give the restaurant low ratings and negative comments. Using the same phone number, but changing the name, and placing orders multiple times a day to give the restaurant low ratings is also unreasonable,” the restaurant owner said.
In addition, the restaurant said that it had checked those comments from customers about the food and drinks, but they were not true, so the restaurant made such harsh comments because they thought they were being played dirty.
Mr. Thanh said that in this incident, the restaurant admitted its mistake when the restaurant manager used inappropriate words towards the customer's feedback. He felt sorry and sincerely apologized for that. He himself did not expect the incident to go so far. He said that there would be a way to handle and severely discipline the restaurant manager in the recent incident.
The owner also added that this milk tea shop has been operating for more than 4 months now and is loved by many customers. Currently, he is running 3 branches of the Mixue brand in Ho Chi Minh City.
The restaurant also added that currently, the restaurant's business situation is still normal, not much affected. The restaurant will continuously improve and enhance the quality of service to better serve customers.
Immediately after the incident, a Mixue milk tea shop at 469 Su Van Hanh (District 10) had to post a correction when it was misunderstood as the shop mentioned in the above incident.
Accordingly, the representative of this shop said that on Su Van Hanh street, there are 2 locations of this milk tea chain. "Our location has just been in operation for over a week now, and we hope to receive support from our beloved customers. In recent days, many people have asked us why we do not post to avoid misunderstandings in sales, customer abuse or attitude, so we would like to clarify," this person said.
