Strengthening specialized inspection and examination of enterprises that show signs of violations in production, business, environmental protection or violations of policies and regulations for employees working at the enterprise. These monitoring will promptly correct and help enterprises organize their activities in accordance with legal regulations.
The Provincial People's Committee requests the Department of Planning and Investment, the Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks to continue to promote investment attraction. Resolve or coordinate with relevant agencies to propose to competent authorities to promptly and legally handle issues related to land, location, site clearance, investment licensing... Especially large-scale projects, high-tech products, attracting a lot of labor, capable of creating momentum to promote local socio-economic development. When problems arise beyond the authority, they must promptly report and propose to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and resolution.
The Provincial People's Committee also requested these two agencies to improve management measures, especially in reforming administrative procedures, shortening the time for reviewing related procedures, but must ensure compliance with legal regulations.
