Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee proposed 6 land plots to conduct bidding to select investors to implement investment projects using land in the province.

The People's Committee of Quang Ngai province has just submitted a Document to the Provincial People's Council for consideration and unanimously issued a Resolution on the List of land plots to be auctioned to select investors to implement investment projects using land in the province (phase 1), including 6 land plots.

Specifically, the List of land plots for implementing urban and rural residential area projects (2 plots of land), with a total area of ​​about 2,962 hectares; List of land plots subject to bidding to select investors according to the provisions of the law on industry and sector management (4 plots of land), with an area of ​​about 102 hectares.

Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee believes that, according to the provisions of law, the issuance of the Resolution of the Provincial People's Council on the List of land plots for bidding to select investors to implement investment projects using land in the province is necessary, as a basis for the Provincial People's Committee to announce the list and as a basis for competent state agencies or investors to prepare documents to request approval of investment policies according to the provisions of law.

“In the coming time, based on the provisions of the law on land, construction, investment, bidding and other relevant regulations, the Provincial People's Committee will continue to direct agencies, units and localities to review the list of land plots that need to be bid to select investors for projects using land. In case there is a need to adjust or supplement, the Provincial People's Committee will continue to submit to the Provincial People's Council for consideration and decision according to regulations", the Submission of the Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee stated.

According to the People's Committee of this province, for projects in this List that are not urban or rural residential area projects, land use needs will be carefully assessed during the investment policy approval process.
