Quang Ngai adjusts the task of being the investor of 3 projects in the West

(QNgTV)- The People's Committee of Quang Ngai province has adjusted the task of project investor from the Department of Construction, the Office of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province to the Project Management Board for investment in construction of traffic, civil and industrial works of Quang Ngai province. These projects are all in the West of Quang Ngai province, belonging to the former Kon Tum province.

The People's Committee of Quang Ngai province approved the transfer of investors of projects invested by the Department of Construction of Quang Ngai province (formerly the Department of Construction of Kon Tum province), the Office of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province (formerly the Office of the People's Committee of Kon Tum province) to the Management Board of Investment Projects for Construction of Traffic, Civil and Industrial Works of Quang Ngai province.

Projects with transferred investors include: Project of the Provincial People's Committee's office building (Kon Tum), departments and branches and auxiliary items; Project of building bridges and roads at both ends of the bridge from La Chim commune tourist wharf, old Kon Tum city (Provincial Road 671) to the traffic road connecting with Provincial Road 675A, Ya Ly commune, old Sa Thay district; Project of upgrading and expanding Provincial Road 671 from Km49+500 - Km52 (intersection with Ho Chi Minh road).

The Management Board of Investment Projects for Construction of Traffic, Civil and Industrial Works of Quang Ngai Province shall preside over and coordinate with the Department of Construction, the Office of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai Province and relevant agencies to organize the handover of these projects to investors within no more than 20 days from the effective date of this Decision, ensuring compliance with current legal regulations.

The Provincial Department of Finance shall preside over and coordinate with the Department of Construction, the Provincial People's Committee Office and relevant agencies to guide the procedures for transferring capital plans, assets, project documents and related contents during the handover process.
