Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee has just issued a Decision to establish a Steering Committee on science, technology development, innovation, digital transformation and implementation of Project 06.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee is the Head of the Committee on Science, Technology, Innovation, Digital Transformation and Project 06. The Deputy Heads of the Committee include the Standing Vice Chairman, the Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee, the Director of the Provincial Police, the Director of the Department of Science and Technology, and the Director of the Department of Home Affairs. The members of the Steering Committee are leaders of relevant departments, branches, and units, including telecommunications enterprises. The Steering Committee is responsible for advising, proposing solutions, directing, and coordinating the implementation of relevant strategies, mechanisms, policies, programs, and projects. At the same time, it urges, inspects, summarizes, and periodically reports results. Three Working Groups have been established to implement the following areas: Project 06, science - technology - digital transformation, and administrative reform. The Department of Science and Technology is the Standing Body of the Steering Committee.
