Quang Ngai recruits nearly 750 teachers before semester 2 of the 2024 school year

As for the recruitment of teachers for educational institutions under the Department of Education and Training, the Director of the Department of Education and Training will decide according to decentralization and implement in accordance with the provisions of law.

The Department of Education and Training, People's Committees of districts, towns and cities prioritize the recruitment of teachers according to the attraction policy in Decree No. 140/ND-CP dated December 5, 2017 of the Government on the policy of attracting and creating a source of cadres from excellent graduates and young scientists . In case the job position does not have an attractive recruitment profile or the recruitment does not meet the requirements, then the recruitment of civil servants will be carried out.

The Department of Education and Training, People's Committees of districts, towns and cities develop and promulgate plans for recruiting teachers and organizing exams, grading, announcing scores, reviewing... in accordance with regulations and issue recruitment decisions before entering the second semester of the 2024-2025 school year.

Notably, Quang Ngai allows the People's Committees of mountainous districts to recruit ethnic minorities in the district, not exceeding 40% of the recruitment quota (if there is a need).
