Quang Ngai ranked 14th nationwide in terms of quality of administrative service in the electronic environment.

VHO - Quang Ngai province scored 76.05 points, belonging to the group of localities with good scores in serving people and businesses in performing administrative procedures (TTHC) and public services on the National Public Service Portal. The number of online applications received reached a good rate.

Provincial and communal public administration service centers operate stably and continuously.

Quang Ngai is ranked 14th out of 34 provinces and cities nationwide in the Index of Direction, Operation and Assessment of Service Quality for People and Enterprises in Performing Administrative Procedures and Public Services in Real Time in the Electronic Environment.

Since July 1, the province has made nearly VND956 million in online payments through nearly 15,900 transactions via the National Public Service Portal. The provincial and commune-level Public Administration Service Centers have operated stably and continuously, ensuring the receipt and return of results of administrative procedure settlement to individuals and organizations under the one-stop and one-stop mechanism.

16 departments, branches and branches of the Provincial Land Registration Office in Region III and Region VIII received over 15,000 records in July 2025, returning results for nearly 10,900 records.

Over 3,300 organizations and individuals have evaluated their satisfaction with the administrative procedure settlement process on the provincial administrative procedure settlement information system. Of these, 100% rated “satisfied” and “very satisfied”, with no “unsatisfied” ratings.

The total number of records received at the Public Administration Service Center of 96 communes, wards and special zones is over 47,400 records, of which 37,900 records have been processed. Of which, nearly 37,400 records were returned before the deadline and on time, accounting for over 98%.
