In fact, each regulation abolished or simplified means that businesses have to reduce one trip, one set of documents, one expense. For small and medium-sized enterprises, which account for more than 90% of the total number of businesses today, this is a boost to help reduce financial burdens and save time to focus on production and business.
However, cutting administrative procedures is only the first step. The core issue is service quality and transparency in the implementation process. If procedures are abolished on paper but implementation is slow, or the situation of "administration" still exists, even generating unofficial costs, it is difficult to strengthen business confidence. Therefore, in parallel with simplifying procedures, ministries, branches and localities need to promote digital transformation in public service provision, enhance accountability, and ensure that all reform policies are implemented publicly, conveniently and effectively.
On the other hand, when barriers are removed, the market will also become more competitive, forcing each enterprise to improve its capacity to take advantage of opportunities. This is the time for private enterprises to promote their mettle, long-term thinking, dare to invest in innovation, digital transformation, improve product and service quality to affirm their position, not only domestically but also towards the international market.
For Dak Lak, reforms from Resolution No. 68 are opening up great opportunities to exploit local strengths. As a province with advantages in high-tech agriculture , agricultural processing, renewable energy and community tourism, the reduction of procedures and business conditions will create favorable conditions to attract new investment projects, while helping businesses, cooperatives and business households in the province easily expand production, processing and export scale.
After 5 months of implementation, the positive signals from Resolution No. 68 have affirmed the right direction in private economic development. From cutting thousands of administrative procedures to encouraging start-ups and innovation, all are creating a bright picture, promising a new breakthrough phase for the private economic sector. What is needed now is the consensus and determination of all levels and sectors, along with the initiative of the business community so that reform commitments can truly come to life, making practical contributions to the goal of rapid and sustainable development in the coming time.
