Quang Ninh: Opening of exhibition of photos, books and propaganda posters for the Party Congress

Taking place at the Planning Palace, the exhibition of books, newspapers, documentary photos, and propaganda paintings welcoming the 16th Provincial Party Congress applied virtual reality technology and artificial intelligence for the first time, creating a unique highlight.

On September 23, at the Planning, Fair and Exhibition Palace of Quang Ninh province, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in coordination with the Provincial Journalists Association, Newspapers, Radio and Television of Quang Ninh province organized an exhibition and introduction of books, newspapers, documents; Exhibition of documentary photos and propaganda posters to welcome the 16th Congress of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030.

The exhibition space is designed into four main parts. The first part " Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee - From Congress to Congress" introduces a system of books, newspapers, documents, documentary photos and typical literary and artistic works, reflecting the development of the Provincial Party Committee through the Congresses.

Part two "Quang Ninh - Historical milestones," the province's outstanding events in the journey of innovation and development are voted annually; "Uncle Ho with the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in Quang Ninh province."

The third part is the press space, displaying special issues and publications reflecting the progress of the Provincial Party Congresses from the 1st to the 15th Congress, along with typical publications of the local press.

The fourth part introduces large-panel propaganda paintings welcoming the 16th Provincial Party Congress, praising the glorious Party, beloved Uncle Ho, love for the homeland and the development aspirations of Quang Ninh.

The highlight of this year's exhibition is the application of modern technology jointly deployed by the Voice of Vietnam (VOV), combining virtual reality (VR) technology and artificial intelligence (AI) to recreate historical moments in a realistic and emotional way.

After the success of the "Return to the sacred moment" experience at the "80 years of the Journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness" exhibition held at the National Exhibition Fair Center, Quang Ninh will be the first locality in the country to bring this technology into the display and exhibition space.

The experiencer will be able to "travel through time and space," blend in with the people, fully feel the sacred and proud atmosphere, listen to President Ho Chi Minh read the Declaration of Independence giving birth to the Democratic Republic of Vietnam and raise his hands to loudly swear to support the Government.

"Return to the sacred moment" is not only a creative content product that closely connects history and modern technology, but also contributes to arousing national pride, fostering patriotism, spreading the desire for peace and belief in a future of development and prosperity for the country.

At the same time, the Provincial Newspaper, Radio and Television built a virtual studio space right at the exhibition, bringing a modern media experience, creating a lively bridge between the press and the public.

Interactive screen systems are also arranged in many areas, helping visitors easily access information and explore the display content in an intuitive and attractive form, contributing to strongly spreading the meaning of the event.

The space for displaying books, newspapers, documents and photos of Party Congress propaganda posters is open free of charge to the public from 9am to 10pm every day until October 5./.
