Quarter 1-2025, disbursement of more than 2,000 billion VND for Lien Chieu port project

DNO - According to the City Statistics Office, in the first quarter of 2025, the Lien Chieu Port project - the shared infrastructure part has disbursed more than 2,000 billion VND.

Specifically, the socio -economic situation report for March and the first quarter of 2025 of the General Statistics Office shows that in the first quarter, the city's economy grew positively. The gross regional domestic product (GRDP) in the first quarter of 2025 is estimated to increase by 11.36% over the same period in 2024. In which, many key projects have made good progress.

Notably, the Lien Chieu Port project - a shared infrastructure part, with a total investment of 3,426 billion VND. By the end of the first quarter, the project had implemented 2,190 billion VND. The coastal road project connecting Lien Chieu Port, with a total investment of 1,203 billion VND, is also being accelerated, reaching a cumulative construction volume of 525 billion VND.

In addition, the main drainage project from the downstream of the High-Tech Park drainage canal to the flood drainage canal of Hoa Lien commune, with a total investment of 817 billion VND, has also started construction and achieved a volume of 37 billion VND in the first quarter of 2025... This project will improve the drainage system, contribute to reducing flooding and improving the quality of life for people.
