Regulations on posting information when doing pharmaceutical business by e-commerce method
The Decree stipulates that pharmaceutical business establishments using e-commerce methods must fully post the following information:
a) Information on the Certificate of eligibility for pharmaceutical business includes the name of the business establishment, business location address, Certificate number, date of issue, and issuing authority;
b) Information on the Pharmacy Practice Certificate of the person responsible for pharmacy expertise of the facility, including full name of the person responsible for expertise, Pharmacy Practice Certificate number, date of issue, and issuing authority;
c) Information about the drug includes the drug name, registration number or import license number; ingredients, content, concentration or mass of the drug's active ingredients and medicinal herbs; dosage form; packaging specifications; expiry date of the drug; name of the manufacturing facility; country of manufacture; uses or effects, indications, contraindications, dosage, directions for use and issues to note during drug use; actual images of the product.
The Decree clearly states that the information specified in points a and b above must be posted on the e-commerce sales application, the e-commerce information page (also known as the e-commerce website) for sales, and the booth of the pharmaceutical business establishment on the e-commerce trading floor.
Information about drugs specified in point c must be posted in a separate section and must not be mixed with information about other products that are not drugs.
Information and images posted by pharmaceutical businesses as prescribed above must be fully and clearly displayed in an easy-to-see and easy-to-read location.
For establishments organizing pharmacy chains, information posted about the business establishment must include information of both the establishment organizing the pharmacy chain and the pharmacies in the chain participating in e-commerce business.
Pharmaceutical businesses must be responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information and images posted.
Drug selling establishments must provide a Drug Import License.
Establishments selling drugs and pharmaceutical ingredients are responsible for providing the establishment's Certificate of eligibility for pharmaceutical business, information on circulation registration or import licensing of drugs and pharmaceutical ingredients to traders and organizations providing e-commerce trading floor services for inspection and supervision before registering to use services on the trading floor.
The consultant's phone number must be written on the package delivered to the customer.
Information printed on the packaging of goods transferred to customers in the case of retail sale of drugs via e-commerce must include the customer's name, address, telephone number and the consultant's telephone number.
Information printed on the packaging of goods transferred to customers who are pharmaceutical businesses wholesaling drugs and pharmaceutical ingredients via e-commerce must include the number of the Certificate of Eligibility for Pharmaceutical Business and the date of issue of the wholesale drug and pharmaceutical ingredients business.
