BHG - On the afternoon of September 17, the Provincial Youth Union coordinated with Tien Phong Newspaper to organize a program to visit and exchange with former youth volunteers of Ha Giang province. Attending the program were comrade Nguyen Manh Dung, Acting Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Journalist Le Xuan Son, Editor-in-Chief of Tien Phong Newspaper.
Sharing at the program, Journalist Le Xuan Son, Editor-in-Chief of Tien Phong Newspaper, said: For many years, the exchange and visit activities for former Youth Volunteers have been organized annually by Tien Phong Newspaper in coordination with the Provincial Youth Union and the Association of Former Youth Volunteers of provinces and cities. Tien Phong Newspaper has coordinated with many organizations and enterprises to establish the Gratitude Fund, through which it is possible to promptly visit, share and encourage former Youth Volunteers - those who sacrificed their youth for the cause of building and defending the Fatherland. This is a meaningful activity expressing the gratitude of the staff, reporters and editors of Tien Phong Newspaper to the previous generations. Journalist Le Xuan Son also expressed his hope that the former Youth Volunteers of Ha Giang province will continue to set a good example, inspiring the youth of the whole province to continue the patriotic and loyal spirit of the Youth Volunteers generation in the new era.

On behalf of the members of the Provincial Association of Former Youth Volunteers, Mr. Nguyen Manh Thuy, Chairman of the Provincial Association of Former Youth Volunteers, expressed his gratitude to the staff, reporters and editors of Tien Phong Newspaper. At the same time, he said that the Provincial Association of Former Youth Volunteers will always promote the spirit of "old age sets a good example"; step up propaganda andeducation of the nation's revolutionary traditions and the traditions of the Youth Volunteers for the younger generation; actively organize activities of solidarity and comradeship; encourage and help members in difficult circumstances to improve their lives.
On this occasion, Tien Phong Newspaper presented 100 gifts to 100 former Youth Volunteers in the province.
