Resolutely speed up project implementation progress

The Buon Ho Town General Hospital Project (old) is invested by the Dak Lak Province Civil and Industrial Construction Investment Project Management Board (Board B). The hospital has a scale of 500 beds, with a total investment of 503.4 billion VND. The project started on January 10, 2025; to date, the reinforced concrete part has been basically completed and the main building is in the finishing stage, reaching about 65% of the total contract progress. In addition, auxiliary works and technical infrastructure are also being deployed synchronously to serve the continuous functions. The total disbursement value up to October 10 was 283.8 billion VND, reaching 57.96% of the total capital value granted.

The Ho Chi Minh Road Construction Investment Project, the eastern bypass of Buon Ma Thuot City (old) is invested by the Dak Lak Province Traffic Construction Investment and Agriculture and Rural Development Project Management Board (Board A). The project has a total route length of 39.07 km; total investment of 1,841 billion VND. The project started in 2020; expected to be completed in 2025. To date, the site clearance work for the project has been completed for 39.493 km, reaching 99.71%. The remaining 0.113 km/64 households in Cuor Dang commune is currently being implemented.

Regarding the construction implementation situation, the units are focusing on implementing 2 construction packages, with the output value of 874,152 billion VND, reaching 89.3%. Regarding capital arrangement and disbursement, the total capital allocated to the project to date is over 1,841 billion VND; the total disbursed value is 1,478.7 billion VND, reaching 80.3% of the total allocated capital. The disbursed capital plan for 2025 is 94,297 billion VND, reaching 22.93%; the remaining 316,936 billion VND has not been disbursed.

After inspecting the two projects, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Truong Cong Thai highly appreciated the efforts of investors, contractors and construction units in speeding up the progress of implementing important projects of the province. In particular, the Ho Chi Minh Road Construction Investment Project, the eastern bypass of Buon Ma Thuot city, has basically ensured progress so far; requiring contractors and units to take advantage of favorable weather conditions, arrange vehicles and human resources to urgently speed up the construction progress.

For the Buon Ho Town General Hospital Project, the investor needs to focus on maximum human resources, organize construction in 3 shifts and 4 teams to ensure progress and disburse all capital allocated by the Central Government. In addition to the main items, the unit needs to review and prioritize capital sources, synchronously deploy essential infrastructure items such as wastewater and waste treatment system, fire prevention and fighting, green tree system, lighting, technical treatment area, etc.; coordinate with the water supply unit to research and invest in expanding the water system to the foot of the project, ensuring adequate and stable water supply for the hospital and surrounding residential areas. The investor needs to proactively return the residential roads soon; research and develop investment plans, expand access roads as well as roads related to the hospital's operations to ensure the needs of traveling and transporting patients; calculate the scale of parking lots, meeting the operational needs of the hospital and serving the people. For equipment and machinery packages serving hospital operations, investors need to research and divide investment appropriately; prioritize important and necessary equipment first, but must ensure that the equipment is invested synchronously and effectively, meeting the needs and expectations of the people.
