Determined to remove obstacles and speed up disbursement of public investment capital

According to the report from the Di Linh Area Construction Investment Project Management Board, the unit is currently managing 78 projects, including projects using capital from the central budget, provincial budget and district budget (old). The total capital allocated is nearly 260 billion VND and to date, the disbursement rate has reached 47.49% of the plan, equivalent to 122,543 billion VND.

Meanwhile, the Duc Trong Area Construction Investment Project Management Board No. 1 reported that the total planned capital allocation for 2025 is 308,318 billion VND for 38 projects. It is estimated that up to now, more than 129,360 billion VND has been disbursed, reaching a rate of 42%.

The disbursement rate by capital source shows that the central budget reached 66.8%, the provincial budget reached 6.6% and the district budget reached 50.3%.

Particularly for the project to renovate and upgrade National Highway 28B, the total allocated capital is 30,121 billion VND, of which 3,184 billion VND has been disbursed, reaching a rate of 10.6%.

On that basis, for projects that are still facing difficulties, it is necessary to set up weekly and monthly progress schedules and assign staff to monitor specific implementation to achieve progress.

In particular, he emphasized that the People's Committees of communes need to further promote the sense of responsibility in mobilizing people in compensation work, and do a good job of informing and providing information about projects to people. Resolutely carry out compensation for households that deliberately do not hand over the land without legal basis.

He also requested localities to pay attention and coordinate well in compensation work, site clearance, and resettlement area construction for the expressway project.
