Accordingly, units must base on the guidance of the Government Office and the list of 736 internal administrative procedures announced before July 1, 2025, to compile, review, standardize, and submit to the Provincial People's Committee for announcement before October 10, 2025. After announcement, agencies continue to review and develop plans to reduce and simplify administrative procedures, and submit to the Provincial People's Committee for approval no later than November 30, 2025.

This is an important task and the basis for assessing the province's Administrative Reform Index. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested heads of relevant agencies and units to urgently implement it, ensuring quality and progress./.
