Roger Federer posts photos of his trip to Da Nang and Hoi An

On May 31, legendary Swiss tennis player Roger Federer posted on Instagram photos of his travels through Asian countries since the beginning of the year, including a vacation in Vietnam at the end of April.

He wrote on his personal page that "Asia is spectacular" and looked forward to his upcoming trips. In the photo series posted, Roger showed off pictures of himself swimming on a tropical beach, checking in at Victoria Harbor in Hong Kong, taking pictures of the Golden Bridge in Da Nang and the Thu Bon River in Hoi An at night.

When he arrived in Da Nang at the end of April, the tennis legend born in 1981 stayed at a resort in Dien Ban town, about 6 km from the center of Hoi An ancient town. He was met by many fans and photographed with them. A businessman in Hanoi , who gave Federer a painting, said the tennis player was polite and friendly.

On his personal page, many fans expressed their admiration for Federer's life of enjoying freedom after retirement and looked forward to his next trips.

Roger Federer is one of the greatest tennis players in history, winning a total of 20 Grand Slam titles in his career before retiring in September 2022.

Before the tennis player, Hoi An and Da Nang also welcomed a number of famous tourists. In March, billionaire Bill Gates and his girlfriend came to Da Nang for a 4-day vacation at a luxury resort on Son Tra Peninsula. In April, Korean actor Jung Il Woo had a 10-day trip to many localities in Vietnam. In Hoi An, he checked in on a basket boat and showed off his purchases of specialties at Cu Lao Cham.
