The victim of the above drowning incident was HQT (born in 2013, residing in Nam Yang commune).
According to initial information, at around 1:30 p.m. the same day, 6 students (all born in 2013, Phan Chu Trinh Secondary School) invited each other to go swimming at Ba Bong Lake (in village 2, Nam Yang commune).
Here, HQT went swimming in the lake with his friends. About 30 minutes later, his friends discovered that T. had drowned and ran to report it to the authorities.
