Four inspiring works
The Teacher's Book.
The book, written by General Nguyen Chi Vinh, portrays the special relationship between him and his respected mentor, Major General Dang Tran Duc (also known as Mr. Ba Quoc). It not only recounts moving stories but also contains profound lessons about loyalty, sacrifice, and the will to serve the country—the life of an intelligence officer. Mr. Ba Quoc trained the young soldier Nguyen Chi Vinh, teaching him everything about the intelligence profession. When the author, Nguyen Chi Vinh, first came from Vietnam to Cambodia, he was assigned to Department N, later to Team X, the team responsible for the most important tasks in the department. Recounting his journey along the northern border during the war years, General Nguyen Chi Vinh shows the image of a courageous and responsible intelligence mentor.

Luis Sepúlveda's *The Cat Who Taught a Seagull to Fly* is a meaningful story about love, patience, and courage. It tells the story of Zorba, a chubby but responsible cat, and his journey of caring for and teaching an orphaned seagull chick. A promise to the mother seagull motivates Zorba to overcome his own limitations, even doing what most cats consider impossible: teaching a seagull to fly. Through simple yet profound storytelling, Sepúlveda skillfully weaves in messages about responsibility to nature, boundless friendship, and the value of keeping promises.
