Two Vietnamese golf courses have just made their mark by winning the title of Best Golf Course in Asia at the World Luxury Travel Awards 2024.
On October 19, the World Luxury Travel Awards organizers announced the list of outstanding golf courses in Asia. Among them, 2 Vietnamese representatives were included in the prestigious award.
First, the luxury travel site impresses with Ba Na Hills Golf Club (Hoa Vang, Da Nang ), calling this the longest golf course in Vietnam with a width of 7,185 m.
"Visitors can experience golf in a cool setting, the road to the gateway to Ba Na mountain. The winding of the land increases the difficulty, challenging true golfers. In addition, the lighting system at each hole helps guests to create beautiful strokes at night," the award representative wrote in the monthly magazine.
Mr. Simon Mees, General Manager of the stadium, shared that the title is a guarantee of the experience for visitors when coming to the site. This is also the dedication of the entire team.
Ba Na Hills Golf Club was designed by Luke Donald - the legendary captain of the European team at the Ryder Cup - and is managed by the IMG Group, a "giant" in sports, events and media, operating in 30 countries.
The 18-hole course is less than 30 minutes drive from Da Nang City. The club features a winding green lawn through lush green hills. From here, players can enjoy a wide view of the lush green nature, clear streams and lakes, creating a unique peaceful atmosphere.
Also within the framework of the award, The Bluffs Grand Ho Tram (Ba Ria - Vung Tau, 2-3 hours drive from Ho Chi Minh City) is also on the above list.
Different from the golf club in Da Nang above, the course offers visitors an experience with a view of Ho Tram sea, natural sand dunes, 50 m above sea level.
