"Since the third child, I told my grandparents that this was the youngest child, but I didn't expect that it was the fifth child that was actually the youngest," Ms. Ly shared her story.

I had to give birth to my second child alone because my husband was on a business trip and could not be contacted. Then there was a series of unexpected pregnancies and births that left the whole family unable to handle many times.
