At the congress, comrade Nguyen Thi Tuyet Minh, Party Secretary, Chairwoman of Vinh Trach Commune People's Council was appointed to hold the position of Party Cell Secretary; comrade Le Hong Phuc Thanh, Commander of the Commune Military Command, was appointed to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Vinh Trach Commune Military Cell, term 2025 - 2030.
