Ha Long Carnival 2025 took place on the evening of May 1 at Sun Carnival Square and Vo Nguyen Giap Street, Bai Chay Ward, Ha Long City, continuing to be a unique cultural and tourist highlight of Quang Ninh Province, attracting tens of thousands of people and domestic and international tourists. Following the direction of the Provincial Police Director, the Quang Ninh Provincial Police force has been proactively monitoring the situation and synchronously deploying measures to ensure absolute security and safety for this important event.

The provincial police have also mobilized maximum forces, closely coordinated with functional units to organize traffic flow and regulation, promptly handled points at risk of congestion, ensuring safe and smooth travel for people and tourists.

In the current context of the number of international visitors to Ha Long continuing to increase sharply, the units have also strengthened inspection work, guiding accommodation establishments, service businesses, especially overnight cruise ships on the bay to strictly implement regulations on temporary residence declaration for foreigners. The work of reviewing, detecting and promptly handling violations is also focused on, avoiding passivity and surprise.
