Buying tickets for 'Anh Trai Say Hi' online, a citizen lost 50 million VND

According to the Department of Information Security ( Ministry of Information and Communications ), due to the attraction of two major music programs "Anh Trai Vuot Ngan Chong Gai" and "Anh Trai Say Hi" taking place in December, many fans could not register to buy tickets when the Organizing Committee opened for sale.

Therefore, many people have tried to buy tickets online, which carries a high risk of fraud, causing many people to lose money.

In fact, a resident of Hai Ba Trung district ( Hanoi ) was scammed out of 50 million VND when he bought a ticket to see the show "Anh Trai Say Hi" through a group on social media.

Hunting for "Anh Trai Say Hi" tickets online, a person lost 50 million VND.

The scammers' tricks are often to create fake social network accounts, join or create groups to exchange and resell tickets to attract users.

In addition, the subjects also use many tricks such as creating fake tickets with the same form as real tickets and selling them at a lower price than the market price, buyers often do not discover until they arrive at the event entrance. Some scammers even ask buyers to pay a deposit in advance with the reason of "guaranteeing tickets", then disappear and do not provide tickets.

Recommending people to be alert when purchasing or repurchasing tickets to music shows and events, the Information Security Department also reminded fans to comply with the regulations on buying and selling tickets through the distribution channels of the organizing committee.

In case of transfer, before the transaction, people need to check the reputation of the seller, do not rush to transfer money if not sure about the authenticity of the transaction; prioritize direct payment and transaction methods to be able to determine the reputation of the ticket, avoid being exploited.
