Man Utd defend coach Erik ten Hag, so prepare to punish midfielder Jadon Sancho after disagreement between the two teachers and students.
According to the Guardian (UK), Man Utd's leadership felt no need to comment further on the Dutch coach's statement. In the loss to Arsenal on September 3, Ten Hag said that Sancho was not registered to play because "his performance on the training ground was not up to standard".
Hours later, Sancho posted a statement on social media saying he "cannot allow people to say things that are completely untrue". "I have trained very well this week," he added. "There are other reasons that I do not want to talk about. I have been considered the black sheep for a long time and it is unfair."
Sancho is expected to face internal disciplinary action following the incident.

Last season, Sancho didn't play a single game and had to train separately for three months in the middle of the season, despite not being injured. Ten Hag explained that the English midfielder's problem at the time was "physical and mental". But this time, the 53-year-old coach is no longer making excuses for his player.
Sancho left Dortmund to join Man Utd in the summer of 2021 for a fee of 92 million USD, but he has not met expectations. The 23-year-old striker has only scored 12 goals in 82 matches for Man Utd, and often has to sit on the bench under Ten Hag.
Witnessing the internal disagreement at Man Utd, MC Piers Morgan wrote on Twitter : "Hey Sancho, come on my show, and I'll help you escape the Ten Hag nightmare."
Morgan once hosted a Man Utd player for an interview, Cristiano Ronaldo in November 2022, after disagreements between the Portuguese superstar and Ten Hag. During a conversation of more than an hour, Ronaldo said he had been betrayed, considered a black sheep and disrespected at Man Utd.
In his Man Utd debut interview in July 2021, Sancho also said that Ronaldo was his career role model, and that his playing style was based on this idol. That same summer, Ronaldo returned to play for Man Utd, before leaving in December 2022.
