The MV was chosen by Bich Hong to be released close to the 69th anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital, evoking the image of the Red River - the main river associated with Hanoi. The song was commissioned by musician Xuan Tri with the desire to pay tribute to the land of Hanoi, where she was born and raised.
People's Artist Thu Hien was moved to tears when witnessing her students' growth.
People's Artist Thu Hien was moved to share that watching the MV "Nguoi con cua dong song" made her feel like she was returning to her childhood with unforgettable memories. The female singer felt that she had many similarities with the main female character in her student's MV.

People's Artist Quoc Hung expressed that the MV "Nguoi con cua dong song" is like a package of his childhood there. "My house is also on the riverside, every time the village has a tuong or cheo troupe coming back, the whole village comes out very early, if they don't bring mats, they arrange bricks, cook rice early to get a place. The emotional writing, combined with a very emotional voice, has created a wonderful song" - People's Artist Quoc Hung said.
Meanwhile, singer Tan Nhan said she really "respects" Bich Hong. Although the song has parts that require high technique, Bich Hong sang as if she didn't use any technique, the audience didn't know she used technique. "I felt a little choked up, maybe because Bich Hong was too emotional and that's what's special. She sang like herself, simple, rustic and very sweet. Folklore is sweet, not showing off technique."
The female singer is highly appreciated for her simple, rustic and very sweet voice.
Singer Bich Hong received much attention from the audience after winning a high prize in the Sao Mai rendezvous contest 2011. After the contest, she became a lecturer at the Vietnam National Academy of Music.
