The coastal road extension section of Vung Duc - Cam Son, Cam Pha City, Quang Ninh Province is 1.2km long, with the starting point connecting Ha Long - Cam Pha road in Cam Dong ward, the end point connecting with the road to Quang Hong beach in Cam Son ward. The project has a total investment of nearly 500 billion VND.
According to the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province, after many difficulties in site clearance and land filling were resolved, the project is now under urgent construction, having completed nearly 90% of the total volume of items and is expected to be put into use in June 2025.
The contractor is paving the road surface, one of the final construction stages of the project.
Accordingly , the contractors are currently paving the last meters of the road, completing this item in May 2025. In addition, the sea-side railing system is basically completed.
The basic sea railing frame items are completed.
Contractors are speeding up the pavement paving and completing the final items in the tree system along the route and will complete it around May 20. In addition, the public toilet system located at the end of the route with an area of 66.8 square meters is also completed.
The connection point with the Ha Long - Cam Pha coastal section is expected to open this May.
According to the plan, at the end of May 2025, the route will connect with the Ha Long - Cam Pha coastal axis, to move to the stage of implementing traffic safety and construction sanitation items, and will be officially put into operation and use in June 2025.

The completion of the Vung Duc - Cam Son coastal route will create a synchronous connection along the entire route, creating a new landscape for the central area of Cam Pha City, thereby expanding and exploiting land space, promoting the development of the coastal area of Bai Tu Long Bay.
