Merging some schools in Van Ninh district

On April 1, the People's Committee of Van Ninh district issued decisions on the merger: Van Hung 1 Primary School, Van Hung 2 Primary School, Van Hung 3 Primary School into Van Hung Primary School; Van Gia 2 Primary School and Van Gia 3 Primary School into Van Gia 2 Primary School; Van Thanh 2 Primary School, Van Thanh Primary and Secondary School into Van Thanh Primary and Secondary School; on the basis of receiving all the current status of cadres, civil servants, employees, facilities, assets, teaching equipment, finance, and students of the schools before the merger.

The schools after the merger are public educational units in the national education system; have legal status, have their own seals, are under the People's Committee of Van Ninh district and are directly managed by the district's Department of Education and Training. At the same time, they perform functions, tasks, powers and organize their operations according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training applicable to primary schools (or general schools with multiple levels for Van Thanh Primary and Secondary Schools). The District People's Committee assigns the Department of Education and Training to direct and guide heads of units in receiving, handing over tasks, records, documents and other related issues transferred from the old schools before the merger.
